Online Returns
At Jaggers, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, eligible items in new and original condition can be returned within 14 days of online purchase with certain exceptions. You may return items by mail.

When returning items by mail, include your order receipt or billing information (order number, name, and phone number).
Please note:
- You are responsible for shipping costs and any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
- To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original
packaging. - Food items, hats, gloves and socks are not refundable nor exchangeable for hygiene
purposes. - Clearance and discounted items are not refundable nor exchangeable.
If you benefited from a free shipping promotion but, following a return, no longer meet the
eligibility criteria for that offer, the applicable shipping fees will be charged. These fees will be deducted from your refund or invoiced separately, depending on the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at onlinejaggers@gmail.com. Include your order information and photos of the damaged product(s). We’ll get back to you promptly to arrange a solution. Jaggers will take full responsibility for the issue and cover all necessary shipping costs.
